When you write a review with a heavy score there's always going to be some unhappy member feedback, like most things in life it's better to ignore those that aren't useful. I'm not convinced that anything should be done with most of those comments however if you still feel strongly about it, please suggest what you would like done.
I'm not 27 I don't live in the UK and my reviews are exactly how I feel and I'm sorry I can't articulate myself better to explain everything.
